Position 1: Executive Assistant to Director (Urgent)
This is a multi-tasking position requiring versatility, high level of integrity and superior communication and time management skills. He/She is required to be highly organized with an ability to look after director’s day to day correspondence and assist clients to make travel arrangements. Have to pick-up clients from airport, contact hotels, local companies, and universities on behalf of clients to confirm accommodation, business meetings and visits. Need to be flexible and efficient to perform other duties required by director.

1. Chinese national currently reside in Shanghai
2. Good command of spoken and written English
3. Computer savvy
4. Professional image and demeanor
5. College degree with 0-2 years of working experience
6. Degree in English, tourism, or business is preferred
Position 2: PA, interpreter & personal tour guide (Project-based)

Position 3: Marketing Intern (Part-time)
We are seeking a senior year college student who has a lot free time to work as part-time marketing intern in our office starting immediately. Good command of English is essencial for this job. The intern will assist in developing marketing materials and other marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. Currently Shanghai resident with background in marketing, business or English
2. Computer savvy. Good skills with desktop publishing (DTP) software is a BIG PLUS
3. Good work ethic: responsible, detail-oriented, take initiative, creative
4. Able to work 3-4 days a week in our office
