Message from Founder
Hi, this is Anna Jin, the founder of Shanghai TopPA Services. I have been living in Shanghai since 2004 after spending nearly four years in America in the state of California. Since then, I have witnessed with my own eyes how Shanghai has truly transformed into a mega cosmopolitan city.
Before starting Shanghai TopPA, I was the head of a China cultural immersion, study tour, and travel arrangement program. I am also experienced at assisting overseas entrepreneurs in developing their businesses in China. Both experiences gave me deep insights to the big challenges overseas visitors commonly face.
Many service providers in China lack of the awareness or capability in delivering tailor-made services for individual clients. At the same time, the Chinese business culture remains awkward and foreign compared to western and international standards, and cultural and language barriers continue to be enormous challenges for foreigners to do business and travel in China. With a passion to promote positive cross-culture experiences, I created Shanghai TopPA services as a way to provide overseas visitors with an affordable customized solution for their business and travel needs while visiting Shanghai and China.
I hope through our endeavor at Shanghai TopPA, more visitors from overseas can find convenience and ease of doing business and traveling in China.
